gamma space is a premium specialty coffee shop, bar and kitchen in the very heart of Kislovodsk, one of the main spa cities of the Caucasus Mineral Waters (KMV) region. We are at 40 Let Oktyabrya St., 37 and open daily from 8:00 to 22:00. We serve signature specialty coffee (espresso, americano, cappuccino, flat white, cortado, raf, V60, AeroPress, Chemex), all-day seasonal breakfast and non-alcoholic signature drinks — lemonades, smoothies and fresh juices. The menu is inspired by European and local Caucasian cuisine with an emphasis on fresh ingredients from Stavropol Krai.
Our baristas work only with specialty-grade beans — coffee scored 80+ on the SCA international scale. We bring out the character of every bean — fruity Ethiopian notes, the chocolate body of Colombia, the floral accents of Kenya.
